Professional level Operations employee responsible for relationships within Operations, Allianz partners and other main partners, including internal/external Distribution partners, depending on department. Provide value to main partners by serving as a business consultant assisting them in developing strong business practices to reduce their business risk and increase digital adoption.

Successfully influence business results through relationships, recommending/implementing process improvements and driving digital adoption. Accountable for accurately applying extensive knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and Operations and adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations. You will report to the AVP.

 

You will make the appropriate decisions for both the customer and Allianz. Examples, based on business need:

 

1) Senior level leader on the suitability of a sale to mitigate risk and protect Allianz;

2) Face-to-face interactions with producers and registered reps;

3) Team lead, subject matter expert or on-the-job trainer;

4) Important resource for department projects;

5) Proactive business trending through data, analysis and partner feedback;

6) Combination of 1 through 5. Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives.

 

What you do:

 

  • You will work with important partners including the following (dependent on department): FMO's, Broker Dealer, producers, registered reps, attorneys, trustees and POAs by providing education and training that keeps them informed. Understand internal and external needs including industry trends. Take ownership, to ensure a positive service experience.
  • You will seek areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to ensure accuracy and ease of business. Apply process knowledge to help the customer needs and identify any potential issues, create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution.
  • You will act as a team lead, mentor or subject matter expert for assigned area. Provide training and coaching to other employees.

What you bring:

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • 4-5 years of experience required in Operations or Distribution
  • Four-year degree required in Business or equivalent experience
