Scorpios is now looking to build a highly dedicated team to drive the brand to its highest potential.Job DescriptionThe Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for all guests and is responsible for the coordination of all reservations, made either by the reservations department or in person. - Extend a warm welcome to guests, setting a positive tone for their Scorpios experience.
- Efficiently manage guest seating, considering diverse preferences and needs.
- Assist in optimizing seating arrangements through effective reservation handling.
- Collaborate with the team to accommodate special requests and preferences.
- Engage with guests in a personable manner, enhancing their overall experience
- Address inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Multicultural perspective and sensitivity.
- Genuine passion in providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills for guest interactions.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Flexibility during peak operational periods.
