What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Marketing & Communication Manager (EV Charging) who will join our team at EV Charging Sales & Marketing Tribe.
•Developing and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, awareness and equity.
•Building and maintain a strong brand presence and ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
•Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences and opportunities for brand differentiation
•Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms, including social media, print and traditional advertising to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
•Leading digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and online advertising
•Driving online visibility and customer engagement through compelling content and campaigns
•Working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
•Monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
•Leading and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals
•Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
•Improving systems and procedures
•Motivating teams to take on bold challenges, inspiring them to persevere on this journey
•Adapting to change and encouraging the team in this regard
•Promoting a collaborative environment and guiding teams towards the same goal within the framework of common values
•Establishing reliable, open, sincere and clear relationships with the team and all employees within the company
•Identifying and supporting the technical expertise and personal development needs of the team.
The position is located in Istanbul Anatolian Side.

How do we describe the perfect match?

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
•Providing experience (7+ years) in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies
•Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and sustainability trends
•Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
•Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth
•Ability to manage multiple leadership
•Strongly background in marketing with a focus on digital strategies and a passion for promoting sustainable technologies
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
•Excellent verbal and written skills in English
•Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
•Open to innovation culture
•Flexible and open to new perspectives
