!Qualifications;
• At least 2 years experience in a Contact Center Area on a managerial position,
• Experience in managing teams; focused on results and customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency of a second language on a level C1 will be considered an advantage
• Must have good relationship with the clients
