We believe that this is a big part of what makes PMI such a great place to work.Do you have strong social, organizational and problem-solving skills, are you customer oriented and do you want to work for a Top Employer with international career opportunities?We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will work in İzmir.Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are:-Analyze quality data and translate into useful information to support achievement of factory quality KPIs and objectives-Prepare quality reports and raise deviations of quality issues when appropriate-Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance-Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues and relevant stakeholders on matters such as standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies-Provide ad-hoc analysis while identifying and recommending improvement opportunities-Ensure reporting systems are maintained and updated-Run ad hoc exercises to prove or demolish different business assumptions (based on advanced statistical tools, SQL, Python, R, SPSS, POWER BI)-Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.-Ensure adherence and compliance to QMS within the Quality department and support other functions in PMTM factory.-Support the establishment of QMS procedures and QMS related training activities. -Challenge all standard processes and products in order to propose productivity initiatives-Consistently apply OPEN+ standards of working (Q and I&IM Pillar knowledge would be an asset).What are we looking for?-University graduate, Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field. Master’s degree in Engineering sciences would be an asset.- Have at least 4 years of experience in a corporate company. 2 years of experience in Quality with focus on QMS (Quality Management System) and internal audits.-Ability to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines. -Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details-Solid analytical skills for identifying patterns and trends to use in process improvement recommendations -Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018 certified internal auditor.-Have strong communication, interpersonal, planning, analytical and critical thinking skills with a full autonomy in managing multi tasks.-Advanced knowledge on Quality tools, I&IM and Quality Pillar DMSs & SWPs, root cause analysis, analytical skills, statistical tool knowledge.-Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner -Excellent information technology skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, PLM).One more thing: at Philip Morris we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
