Please note - this is a local position, only candidates with existing work permit in Turkey (either Turkish Nationals or Turkish ID holders will be considered).

Responsibilities:

  • Create curated content with direction from the Senior Director of Public Relations & Digital Marketing Manager to ensure it amplifies key messages and tells a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons ECI aligned brand identity, while managing and monitoring the hotel’s presence on Social Media networks (primarily Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)
  • Develop and implement the hotel's Social Media strategy, including content creation, community management, and engagement tactics.
  • Create and manage Social Media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
  • Monitor Social Media channels for guest feedback, inquiries, and comments, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging and visually appealing Social Media content, including images, videos, and captions.
  • Conduct Social Media listening and analysis to gather insights, track performance metrics, and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms to ensure the hotel remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, F&B & SPA, to ensure Social Media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager for Social Media advertising campaigns, including creative content, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and report on key Social Media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in Social Media marketing.
  • Conduct media and influencer property tours and develop itineraries as needed
  • Attend PR/F&B/Spa marketing meetings as well as other meetings pertinent to promotions.
  • Attend hotel promotional events as needed.
  • Assist with all marketing and public relations planning and execution and operation/promotional activities.

Skills and Experience

  • College graduate
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • At least one year of Social Media and online marketing experience; PR and hospitality experience beneficial
  • Photography / videography experience specific to lifestyle / Social Media
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set
  • Ability to adapt to the style, tonality and vernacular of the current “voice” of employee and consumer facing social mediums consistent with the Four Seasons brand identity
  • Attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects/programs
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
  • Have demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and Social Media applications
  • Computer savvy with Microsoft Office
  • Motivated to educate and learn the future of Social Media as it relates to the property

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Social Media management, preferably in the hospitality industry or agencies
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for Social Media campaigns. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze Social Media metrics.
  • Familiarity with photography and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
