Main Responsibilities
- In the stores of the assigned area, manage the zoning plan and product rotations
- Visit the stores to give the on-the-job training to VM staffs and communicate with the BTQ manager on a daily basis
- Manage the new openings and renewal openings in cooperation with RM/ BTQ manger and VM staffs to support sales
- Give a category visual direction for Japan market in line with MKT strategies to all BTQ
- Manage new product launch in assigned categories and closely work with the MKT team
- Install occasional Window Display
- Support for Special Events and Window Installation and Visual Presentation (Pop Up, HJ Event, instore event, etc.)
- Manage sites and align with suppliers (Production and construction management)
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in the field of VMD or interiors/spetial designs
- Skill for Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, and creative tools is a plus.
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working for projects with Luxury (Leather Goods, Fashion, Jewelry/Watches) clients
- Communication skills is a must
- Good level of English (Writing skill for emailing is a must)
