About the Role:
We are looking for Continuous Improvement Manager to report to the Region Industrial Manager in our Manisa plant. As Continuous Improvement Manager of a fast growing plant, you will be referent of FOX Group Program (Ferrero Operational Excellence) and Continuous Improvement initiatives acting as a “change agent” to develop the local industrial system across SQCDME dimensions (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation and Environment).
It is crucial to have previous experience in production execution and expertise on Lean principles to be successful in this position with strong abilty to lead peers and shopfloor to Continuous Improvement and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
- You will promote lean culture in the shopfloor and develop plant team by leveraging FOX and lean tools, continually engaging and developing the team with training, workshops, seminars and other events
- You will lead directly operational excellence initiatives, promoting safety culture, structuring business processes and practices by supporting industrial activities, involving functional peers, and/or cross-functional teams
- You will lead the development of lean manufacturing processes; Continuous Improvement, standard work, problem solving, value stream mapping, training and employee involvement
- You will support Region Industrial Manager in the definition of Plant Master Plan, identifying the key priorities and preparing a 3 years horizon plan including CAPEX, KPIs targets and operational objectives across all the departments
- You will steer the digital transformation by leading the deployment of the Smart Factory Program into the plant
- You will spread and foster Project Management capabilities with the aim of standardizing and enhancing projects across all the phases (e.g. initiation, baseline definition, execution and control, closing and post-evaluation)
- You will coordinate as PMO Plant cross-functional projects (Group, local, linked to Masterplan) guaranteeing overall consistency
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering
- Preferably more than 8 years’ experience
- Strong lean culture and accountability
- Strong operational leadership with experience in 5S / KK / SMED / RCA, safety and concepts, Lean-Six Sigma / Black Belt as a plus
- Good communication skills with result orientation followed with proactive approach
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish
