We are currently looking for a Contract Manufacturing Project Managerto join our Production&Technical team.
Location: Karacabey, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Contract Manufacturing Project Manager , you will have the following responsibilities;
Ensure flawless execution of Confectionery, CPW, NHSc, NP, NPP and Beverages Quality requirements and adaptation of GMP for all products
Manage Confectionery, CPW, NHSc, NP, NPP and Beverages I&R projects and ensure alignment with key stakeholders (CC, Ops Team, APG/Factory, Markets, NPTC, …) agreement on scope, product definition & timing, budget requirements. Ensure timely reporting of critical issues & scope changes.
Drive the industrialization of Confectionery, CPW, NHSc, NP, NPP and Beverages products at Turkey Market level & actively engage in key global projects with stakeholders (E2E, Manufacturing Experts,MRM, T&D, Nestlé factories,co-mans, etc…)
Provide operational expertise to business partners to optimize project definition in early stage of REFINE & PREPARE phase.
Support I&R process through innovative raw materials, recipes, processes, technologies and packaging solutions.
Defining CAPEX needs and technological requirements working in close collaboration with Project Coordinators
Coordinating all phases of the process: make or buy analysis, identification and selection of contract manufacturers, contract management
Managing regulatory requirements that are unique for Confectionery, CPW, Nestle Health Science (supplements & vitamins), NP, NPP and Beverages products
Which profile are we looking for?
Management technical people in project group
Experience at least 5 years of Application Group, specific manufacturing / operation experience
Knowledge of nutritional products and technologies applied
In-depth knowledge of packaging & packaging equipment & raw materials
Product development experience
Product costing
Knowledge in Regulatory Affairs and Quality
