Job Summary

  • Mission: Deliver best in class Customer experience, driving Operational & Quality excellence with continuous improvement in our service levels and translating into impactful and time bound actions while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Key Responsibility: Lead and secure Customer Service PM/AM and Design handling and translating customer needs into impactful and time bound actions for growth. Also directly responsible for allocated customers.

 

What you will do

Recurrent sales management
- Secure timely and accurate Customer Design and order fulfillment throughout the Supply Chain (Design, Packaging Material & Additional Material)
- Identify opportunities to grow / upsell and cross sell to generate leads for sales.
- Ensure compliance to the Global controls and Global trade flows as well as support any chain of custody certification audit.
- Support in case of complex situations/negotiations/escalating voice to Management team/resource providers when required.

Operational Planning and Execution
- Secure alignment between Supply Chain and Sales strategies and own Supply Chain initiatives / improvements within KA plans
- Secure alignment between market and cluster/global Demand and Supply priorities
- Synergy with internal functions: Design Hub, planning, logistics, additional material, to secure smooth order fulfillment always leading to increase productivity.
- Drive implementation of global projects and change initiatives in the market
- Drive continuous improvement and Customer Service & Design Performances.
- Drive WCM activities within CS&D team

Customer Experience
- Smooth and timely order management and design handling high quality customer experience (CX & Digital) as well as high quality objectives as part of KA plans
- Liases with BU's and factories to escalate the voice of customer & market to expedite resolution

People Management
- Secure Customer Service and Design organizational alignment for market, competence development and resource management
- Coach and provide on the job guidance and learning to reportees. Identify competence gaps & ensure learning plan is in place.

We believe you have

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Professional Certifications: Such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:
- Leadership and Management: 3-5 years of experience in leadership or expert roles within Customer Service or supply chain management.
- Operational and Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record in operational improvements and delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Experience in leading cross-functional projects and implementing change initiatives.
- Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of sales management, commercial compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- People Management: Demonstrated ability in team development, coaching, and performance management.

 Skills:
- Professional level of Turkish and English
- Strong Communication and Leadership: Effective stakeholder engagement and team motivation.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align strategies with corporate objectives and customer needs.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to manage changing priorities and market demands.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, and competence in data analysis.
