We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer for our team located in Zurich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer requests and orders according to their expectations
Prepare spare parts offers or pricelists to our customers
Sales Order Management
Ensure On Time Delivery towards our customers
Claim Management
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience as a Customer Service officer
Excellent German
Business proficient in English
Other languages will be a plus
Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
Excellent knowledge in SAP
Behavioural skills:
High customer and performance orientation
Sense of urgency and priority
Excellent team player
