Mission and objectives
The founders of the Africa Youths for peace and Development having seen harsh realities which are being experienced the entire continent as a result of war and the consequent violence galore which follow, have decided to form the organization with the vision of continental integration for peace and development for youths in the continent. It is the belief of this organization that violence achieves no meaningful goal. Africa Youth for Peace and Development organization was formed 1995 and was finally registered in the year 2000 under the ministry of youth and sport in Sierra Leone, as a voluntary, youth development organization that aims at organizing, empowering and creating opportunities for youths and Youths groups that are in difficult circumstances. The organization has been working in the areas on Peace, HIV-aids, Homeless youths, War child, Health and Sanitation, youth development and total involvement of youths in the change of the society, That is by creating youth workshop training, seminars and conferences on how to bring everlasting peace and sustainable development for the minorities, the nation and the world as a whole.

Africa Youth for Peace and Development through the TrueTalk news program, is going to conduct Trainer International project with aim of Training in Research and Implementation in the new World era.( TRAINER) The objective of the Trainer International project is to add knowledge to the youth with regard to Research and Implementation. Who will be pivotal in adding new knowledge to the world base. You will be required to choose one of the following modules, for which you will design the Materials in form of Slides, and source better Illustration videos which will be uploaded to canvas for Teacher Platform. You will choose among the following Modules. Trainer 1101.1: Research & Implementation Projects Overview. Trainer 1101.2: Referencing Styles and Tools including Mendeley & Endnote. Trainer 1101.3: Research Designs & Their Application. Trainer 1101.4: Sampling Methods in Research & Implementation Projects. Trainer 1101.5: Research Project Proposal Writing. Trainer 1101.6: Implementation Project Proposal Writing. Trainer 1101.7: Legit Global Grants & Resource Mobilization Techniques. Trainer 1101.8: Research Ethics & safety in the Developed World. Trainer 1101.9: Project Monitoring in the World of Technology. Trainer 1101.10: Project Evaluation using High Precision Methods Trainer 1102.7: Statistics in Decision Making across multi-disciplines. Trainer 1102.8: Use of STATA & SPSS in Data Analysis amidst Artificial Intelligence. Trainer 1102.9: Use of Google Forms & Enketo Kobo Tool in Data Collection. Task description
Africa Youth for Peace and Development through the True Talk news program is going to conduct Trainer International project with aim of Training in Research and Implementation in the new World era. ( TRAINER) In preparation for the Project, AYPAD is currently conducting the design of the training materials. AYPAD is looking for 5 online volunteers to Design educational materials on Training In Research and Implementation project on Canvas. Trainer project will present the scientific method within the context of Research. Research techniques and methods will be examined to formulate hypotheses, develop testable objectives, Research designs, subject selection, data collection, Proposal Writing, and Research Ethics to the project participants. You will be granted access to Trainer International project Canvas account. Where you will design about 10 to 20 slides about the above topic.
