We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to become a valuable member of our highly experienced Product Sales Team.
Key Accountabilities:
As a Direct Sales Specialist at INFINIA, your responsibilities will include;
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, functionalities, and benefits to potential customers.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through outbound cold calling and networking events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, production and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Direct Sales.
- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a sense of urgency to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Capable of driving vehicles for client visits and business-related travel.
