MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Turkey Duty Free customers Support
- Supporting the Key Account Manager in the course of our Route to Market migration process
- Tracking stocks as well as merchandising projects
- Administrational support – processing of invoices, promotional activities
- Keeping up to date with market, industry trends
- Occassional field visits
Global Customer Management (GCM) Support
- Controlling implementation of promotional activities both commercial and marketing sides such as tasting stock, receipes and glasses
- Monitoring Pernod Ricard and competitor activities on the monthly basis along with monthly activation report
- Monitoring Pernod Ricard and competitor New Product Development (NPD) launches and Recommended Sales Price (RSP) tracking
- Tracking stock level on shelves
- Support on the follow up of business performance in terms of depletions and market share
Brand Consultant (BA) Support
- Become daily contact for BA management
- Updating BA with upcoming New Product Development (NPD) launches and promotions
- Working with Pernod Ricard coach to align on training process
SKILLS
Education: Studying or Graduate level education preferably from Business Administration, Economics or related faculties
Total Job Experience: 0-1 years
Job Related Experience: 0-1 years (Preferably in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales Departments)
Foreign Language : Advanced knowledge of English
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Programs
