AdresThe ERD officer is responsible for Follow-up all ERD activities in NWS and Türkiye and will spend most of their time in coordination with the field team, prioritizing meetings with local communities, and taking part in ERD assessments and studies. They will be based in the Gaziantep office and will work closely with the Health, ECD, and Protection, WPE, Finance, and Supply Chain to implement program activities.
Responsibilities:
Generic Responsibilities (70%)
- Support in ERD implementation field team efforts and keep the direct supervisor aware of any urgent developments or updates throughout the process.
- Work closely with the Support team to efficiently manage ERD-related purchase requests. Manage money transactions for purchases, drivers, incentive workers, and training, and provide reports to the direct supervisor on critical issues.
- Collaborate with the ERD information management officer to create detailed tracking tables and work plans for efficient information management within the department.
- Collaborate with IRC Logistics and Finance staff to support ERD program operations efficiently.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with partners to maintain a positive working relationship and easy collaboration.
Coordination and representation (20%)
- Maintain supportive and constructive relations with partner organizations, local authorities, and humanitarian actors.
- Attend field-level meetings when required and provide detailed reports.
- Close coordination with Food Security & livelihood (FSL) cluster, Cash working group (CWG), and Early Recovery and livelihood (ERL) cluster.
Other duties (10%)
- The supervisor assigned other duties to enable the implementation of the IRC programs.
- Raise Purchase requests as and when required.
- Work constructively within the team and take the initiative on new tasks.
- Coordinate with the M&E staff and the wider ERD team as necessary to identify program quality issues.
