Engineer, Field Service Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented engineer to join us as a “Field Service Sales Engineer” with in Field Service Sales Department. The role is based in Sasalı, İzmir.

What will be decisive:

• Provides service for wind turbine blade and composite parts, both domestically and internationally, to meet post-sales service requests from customers. 

• Works outside the factory as needed, both domestically and internationally. 

• Prepares and reviews offers/contracts for relevant service activities. 

• Tracks progress payments, participates in financial processes. 

• Monitors procurement and service request (e.g., PR, PO) processes, and generates reports. 

• Works within the confidentiality rules of our company and the companies we work with. 

• Has basic knowledge of project management. 

• Performs technical reporting.

What will be your contributions:

• Graduate from an engineering faculty.

• Proficient in English. 

• Capable of managing customer and subcontractor relationships. 

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Possesses process management and coordination skills. 

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. 

• Problem-solving ability and quick to take action. 

• Proficient in document tracking, filing, and archiving. 

• Team player, solution-oriented, and responsible. 

• Proficient in office programs and ERP software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Oracle, etc.). 

• Expert in reviewing and evaluating contract proposals in line with operations. 

• Ability to question and understand customer needs and translate them into contract terms correctly. 

• High skill in maintaining and developing existing customer relationships. 

• Successful in interpersonal relationships, with high communication and representation skills. 

• Preferably knowledgeable in Lay-Up, Infusion, Bonding, and Finish operations. 

• Preferably experienced in composite production. 

• Preferably experienced in Rhino and Catia. 

• Able to adapt to flexible working hours.
