Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, electrical-electronics, mechanical engineer), Master’s degree is preffered,
- 7+ years of relevant experience in machine maintenance and repair, machine installations and automation
- Strong experience in Machine assembly And Maintenance,
- Excellent communication & Leadership skills, confident.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Solid project management and stakeholder management experience,
- Strong computer and presentation skills (MS office, PLC programs, AutoCad),
- Knowledge on financial concepts, budgeting and P&L,
- Competent in team management - Adaptable to teamwork
- Advanced level of English language (understanding, writing, speaking)
- Solid experience of HSE studies such as Hazard Studies and Risk Analysis
Job Description
- The manager responsible for all mechanical, electrical maintenance, repair and investment activities within the factory boundaries.
- Organizes and ensures the implementation of planned maintenance and investment activities.
- Controls the compliance of subcontractor companies with legal and Akzonobel specifications in terms of technical and occupational safety in their activities.
- Provides general training and on-the-job training of its personnel.
- Determines the materials required for the maintenance and repair of machines and facilities, ensures that orders are opened and controls their follow-up.
- Seeks and implements solutions to quality problems arising from stoppages in production lines and machines.
- Carries out energy saving and efficiency studies.
- Makes suggestions for improvements and developments that will be necessary for production, creates work teams and makes investments to ensure the actions taken.
- Carries out efficiency and optimum performance studies of Machinery and Equipment.
- Prepares project files and documentation (RFA) needed in machine investment processes.
- Act as Site Responsible Engineer that has important role in all HSE related issues for whole Site.
