Job Description

  • Answering calls from users on the phone in our inbound call center,
  • Listening to user problems and providing them with correct and practical solutions,
  • Give service in voice and non voice channels,
  • Informing administrators about suggestions by listening to user suggestions,
  • Conducting negotiations within the framework of quality rules and regulations,
  • Playing an active role in achieving team goals.

Qualifications

  • University graduate degree,
  • At least 2 years of experience in English call center and/or customer service,
  • Able to work in 24/7 shifts
  • Good command of MS Office programs,
  • Good communication skills with good diction,
  • Solution oriented,
  • Having a career goal, eager to learn and develop,
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and prone to teamwork.
