We are currently looking for a Event Coordinator Specialistto join our Nestle Health Science team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Event Coordinator Specialist , you will have the following responsibilities;
You will be responsible to manage international & national congress sponsorship organizations and all HCP & consumer events which approved within the year by sales and marketing teams.
You will be obtain and follow up MoH permits and track all logistics & procurement processes (PO/PR/GR) related to congress sponsorhips. Negotiate with agencies and HCP associations in line with marketing plan & budget and follow up all logistics related to congress/ event sponsorhips (booth, symposia, number of participants&their travel arrangements…etc) accordingly.
You will be responsible to manage all consumer marketing organizations end to end which was approved within the year and closely work with procurement (i.e. Tender and negotiation processes) and marketing teams
You will be work with marketing, medical and training manager to plan and execute team meetings.
You will be responsible to update sales & marketing team related to congress / event sponsorhips activities regularly.
Which profile are we looking for?
Bachelor degree required
Min 5 years of congress/ event management experience with a demonstrated track record of success
Proficiency in English
