Executive, Customer Account Management

Job Description

• Daily clearing of prepay and payable items – excess payment and benefits payout data verification & filtering for refund and processing refund & necessary adjustments
• Sending invitation letters for reinstatement of policy & refund, calling customers to obtain bank details for refund and involve in data analysis for prepay & payable items
• Involve in data compilation and submission to unclaimed money registrar for out-of-force policies
• Assist in preparing/filtering of data for regulatory reporting, adhoc reporting and customers/internal parties according to the criteria set
• Assist in data checking for annual statements and adhoc projects, i.e. Premium Received Statement, Statement of Account & Annual Policy Statement
• Assist in data cleaning, i.e. customer’s contact details, customer’s id, etc
• Assist in handling incoming emails’ enquiries/requests/feedback, sending credit card refund list to the banks & liaise with bank for the delay in refund, process adjustments & refund requests from internal & external parties
• Assist in calling customers to conduct Voice-of-Customer Survey and follow up with customers for the low rating obtained or feedback
• Ensure compliance of Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA 2013), SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bodies
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
