- Handle daily facility requests and distribute to vendors within your region, respond to emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions
- Promptly resolve repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for Tesla locations
- Manage vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to issues that may arise
- Manage complete finance process from PO creation to invoice approval
- Collaborate with the programs team to implement EMEA level projects and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders
- Foster positive relationships with front-line teams through regular site visits, providing support and feedback and communicate with stakeholders on facility initiatives and projects
- Support new store openings and post-handover execution, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success

- Fluent in English and preferrable Turkish with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Willingness to travel on regular basis
