We are looking for a Field Operations Executive( Aegean & West Mediterranean) to work within Customer Business Development in Supermarket Channel.

This position is based in Adana.

Your role:

The purpose of the role is to execute Shopper Marketing activities and Perfect Store criteria in stores to drive a growth and visibility agenda within SPM Channel.

Key responsibilities include the following: 

  • Being responsible for implementing and tracking Shopper Marketing activities in stores for Unilever brands.
  • Regularly visiting stores that the team is responsible for.
  • Maximizing in-store visibility of Unilever products by experimenting different POP and finding the most effective method for each store.
  • Making sure Unilever in-store criteria is met at each visited store.
  • Analyzing opportunities in stores and reporting to relevant teams.
  • Negotiating with internal and external parties to meet Unilever in-store requirements and making new in-store display agreements.
  • Managing approximately a group of ~50 people.
  • Creating optimal route plans to maximize the number of stores visited while maintaining high in-store criteria points.
  • Observing shopper behaviors, reactions, and feedbacks, then reporting it to relevant teams
  • Organizing the distribution of Point of Sales materials (POSM) and making sure they are used appropriately and effectively.
  • Presenting a summary report with instore display pictures and numerical data on a quarterly basis.
