AdresThe Finance Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for analytical and financial support developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning, analysis and control including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
This position is part of the analytical support for major business decisions for Europe Commercial Operations Finance located in Turkey and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Europe Finance Team and report to the Sr. Director Finance of the Planning Area, responsible for financial analysis and modeling of volume and mix of top-line revenue and associated costs, other indirect expenses and Gross Profit results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze Sales Drivers including mix, trends, historical results; evaluate Costs, margins and expenses to forecast, budget and model outcomes.
- Engage in dialogue and discussions with Commercial team about revenue opportunities, inventory forecasts, investments and related costs.
- Take initiative and partner with various functions in the organization to resolve issues, enhance systems, business processes as well as integrating research, information, and trends into solutions.
- Load the forecast in the SAP EPM system on a monthly basis.
- Provide financial support on special projects as prioritized by Senior Management.
- Lead components of month end close, forecast estimating and system loading, and reporting.
- The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree, preference in Finance and or Accounting/Economics.
- +5 years of work experience.
- Experience with data trends and able to manage large databases of information including data mining & mapping and gathering data from multiple sources and working with management to develop helpful reports.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and complete assignments quickly and accurately.
- Ability to interact with upper management and capability to present and explain financial data and Analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences. Solid presentation, communication skills.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Natural bias towards continuous improvement. Exposure to PSP/Kaizen methodologies is considered an advantage.
- Big 4 and/or CA or CPA experience
