Financial Accountant - GEM Central
Key Responsibilities;
- Filing VAT1-2, GEKAP, Withholding Tax, Stamp Duty declarations.
- Preparing monthly account reconciliation files in accordance with GAAP and company policies & procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the sending of e-books and secondary copies.
- Sending foreign and custom duty invoices to Global Business Team for their process .
- Ensuring that Global Business Team booked all supplier invoices accurately and timely.
- Ensuring that intercompany and third party foreign invoices’ accounting records are in line with the tax laws, e-books regulations and company procedures.
- Maintaining fixed assets and CIP.
- Supports internal/external audits
- Supporting other day-to-day accounts payable operations.
- Managing vendor reconciliations together with the other team members.
- Managing the communication with other departments (PO, IRF and invoice acceptance rules and criteria of BSC).
- Involving in closing activities of AP & General ledger closing.
- Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications;
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics .
- 4-6 year experience in the same or related position preferred.
- Outsource or Tax Audit Company Experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- SAP Knowledge is preferred.
- Good command and fluent in English,
- Good understanding of local law (especially tax laws) and accounting standards,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Meets the deadlines on time.
