This is a fantastic opportunity to join our GTM Sales Operations Team within Experian UK&I GTM. This role will play a pivotal part in helping GTM meet our revenue growth targets over the next 3–5-year horizon. Working closely with our GTM Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders, this role will focus analytics and business intelligence to deliver actionable insights to enable the business to make better informed, impactful decisions from data.

Working across verticals, you will foster an insight-driven culture to build trust in the source of the data and present the insight in a clear and unbiased way, whilst identifying opportunities for AI innovation and integration to support pipeline growth and accuracy.

You’re probably wondering what you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying opportunities for AI and work alongside key stakeholders and global team to align AI initiatives with broader company objectives, establishing a consistent standard and automation/self-serve wherever possible;
  • Leading a team of 4 Insight and Data professionals, providing strong leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence;
  • Supporting the sales verticals with the cadence around the forecasting process;
  • Maintaining data rules, data quality, metrics, and governance;
  • Maintaining CRM structures and Data accuracy;
  • Facilitating pipeline reviews and creating standardised leading/lagging indicators and metrics that can be actioned upon to improve overall sales performance;
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing to provide comprehensive analysis of territory alignment and contestable market/portfolio to drive prospecting opportunities;
  • Acting as the GTM guardian of the CRM system and related/supporting systems, leading implementation of recommended changes.

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

  • Around 4 years in a data focused insight/AI role in a complex environment;
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful Data Analytics teams;
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com and sales forecasting & reporting tools – Tableau and Power BI;
  • Good understanding of data privacy legislation;
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for linking data to real world challenges;
  • Strong data manipulation skills and proven experience in leading insight creation projects;
  • Have worked in complex data environments;
  • Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights and metrics to improve sales performance;
  • Strong business acumen, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
  • Experience in evaluating sales opportunities, territories, markets;
  • Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way;
  • Demonstrated success working in a high-growth, fast-paced global environment;
  • Excellent communicator and results-driven collaborator with superb influence skills.
