We are looking for a "Head of Financial Affairs" who is reporting to GM.

Description

• Responsibility of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Planning;
• Responsibility of Compliance;
• Responsibility of accurate and timely period end closing, reporting to TR and group level business partner;
• Overseeing all related procedures and processes inline with group directives;
• Management of the company's tax planning and management process coordination with tax & financial auditors;
• Preparing the Annual Budget and Investment Plan for the Company;
• Assessing and managing the cash flow needs of the Company;
• Managing the payroll process and legal issues with HR;
• Responsible for the audits ( Local Tax, and internal / external audits).

Profile

• Bachelor's degree Economy, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, and relevant faculties of a reputable university;
• Proven track record in manufacturing, Strong understanding of manufacturing finance principles;
• Professional Finance and Accounting experience of 15 years and at least 5+ years of managerial experience;
• First hand experience in preparing/building financial statements;
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English or German SAP FI/CO knowledge;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially advance knowledge of MS Excel;
• Experience to coordinate internal, independent audits;
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style;
• Good command of Financial statement analysis techniques;
• Ability to create strategy and financial business models and solve problems.
