Junior Project Manager -Fondazione Umanamente

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The Junior Project Manager would join the Fondazione Allianz UMANA MENTE’s to manage the setting up, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and closure of social projects and activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist entities and not-for-profit organizations that come into contact and work with the Foundation
• Evaluate and monitor projects and related activities
• Draft documents necessary for the Foundation's activities, especially legal and contractual documents pertaining to projects
• Participate in sector studies and research and produce reports or related presentations
• Develop proposals on project sustainability tools and work on the development of possible partnerships with Public Administrations or other funding bodies
• Deepen and study the areas of relevance of the projects to capitalize on the Know-how that is progressively acquired
• Analyze and identify qualitative and quantitative indicators, which will allow the evaluation of changes and improvement in the quality of life of the beneficiaries of the funded interventions
• Preparation of the Foundation’s yearly Mission Report for the parts delegated to it. Reading and analysis of not-for-profit realities’ Balance Sheets
• Openingand managing the Foundation's social channels, defining content strategy and social measurement of the social listening

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Humanities, Sociology, Communications or Economics
• Organizational and methodological skills in the field of social planning, particularly in the areas of juvenile and youth welfare and in the field of people with disabilities.
• Previous experience in a corporate foundation or in other grant-making organizations would be a plus
• Good knowledge of the Italian not-for-profit sector will be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Office package and management of social channels
• Ability and willingness to work independently as well as to work effectively and proactively as part of a team
• Advanced problem solving, analysis and communication skills
• Availability to travel
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
