Now we are looking for aLearning and Development Specialist who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.
Job Description
Support the delivery of the Europe Learning Multiverse and the TI TR L&D strategy, programs and priorities for our Turkish accounts
Work closely with the Snr L&D Manager and other members of Europe L&D team to assist in the implementation of global programs and other local L&D events and initiatives based on specific account needs
Build relationships with individuals at all levels, across all business areas, specifically in Operations and Support/Admin functional areas, and the extended Global Learning Excellence team
Establish and maintain a solid understanding of the L&D curricula and its relation to the development needs of the Istanbul accounts
Take ownership of the implementation of specific global projects and/or the launch of new learning initiatives as part of the Global Learning Excellence strategy
Conduct needs assessment discussions and analysis for specific training programs and events
Design eLearning programs in the organization’s learning management system (LMS)
Design and deliver leadership development, and professional skills training sessions as required, e.g. time management, feedback training, etc
Measure training programs results and overall impact
Provide reports on learning initiatives, completion rates for implemented programs, etc
Support the Snr L&D Manager in identifying external training providers and maintain the relationship with these
Support the roll-out of global learning initiatives as required
Requirements
2 – 3 years of previous experience in L&D/ Training/ Education
Train the Trainer course or other equivalent in the field of learning/training
Good understanding of the L&D industry and trends, learning technology & associated tools
Instructional design and training delivery - across both leadership development and professional skills sessions, in either classroom or virtual delivery mode
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with the audience
Fluent oral & written Turkish and English language skills
Ability to measure training results and overall impact of learning
Be self-motivated and passionate about personal development, learning & growth
People driven, with a strong motivation to support and develop others
Ability to solve problems and to work with minimal oversight, work as part of highly collaborative global team
Ability to multitask and to manage/prioritize own time
