We are looking for an Associate Director for our Marketing Department.
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk as a member of the Reinsurance team in the İstanbul office.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or relevant field
- Proven experience in marketing area
- Experienced in third party management such as creative, digital and PR agencies and other third parties
- Very good command of English both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical skills to handle many assignments simultaneously
- Efficiently work under pressure and deadlines to complete assigned task
- Communicate insight and ideas effectively
- Self-confident and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen to intended details attentively
- Positive “can do” attitude, clear thinker, innovative and result oriented
Job Description
- Acting as an Aon Brand Ambassador to guide others about what the brand stands for, share and monitor Communications for consistency and adherence to the brand
- Building annual marketing plans and strategies for Risk Management, Health & Benefits, Affinity, Specialty and AGRC departments and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities
- Working with and leading agency partners in the creative development of digital projects, social media management and PR activities, event planning
- Driving marketing communication activities for Aon and its services
- Collaborating with Aon regional and global marketing and communications team to localise best practices
