Independent non-profit organization care about the Syrian affairs, established in 2004 where it started its activities in the city of Aleppo north of Syria and was licensed in turkey in 2014 Bonyan’s refugee response program is structured around three axes: education, protection, and livelihoods.

Job Description Details:

Job Title:Operations Coordinator (Finance)

Location: Gaziantep-Turkey

Job purpose:

  1. Supply Chain Management (Procurement & Logistics) (%40)
  2. Financial Management (%60)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management (%60):
  1. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial systems implementation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, budgets monitoring and monthly projections.
  2. Effective and efficient financial planning and management of resources both in Turkey and Syria on daily basis.
  3. Preparing budget amendments as necessary.
  4. Review and ensure that all costs are supported with sufficient supporting documentation.
  5. Prepare monthly financial reports and submit as per scheduled due dates.
  6. Review staff performance and set up trainings and customized development plans for finance and logistics staff.
  • Supply Chain Management (Procurement & Logistics) (%40):
  1. Act as a focal point for procurement and logistics staff members in Syria.
  2. Review purchase cycles and verify quotations and bids analysis.
  3. Participate in procurement tenders’ committees for supplies purchased in Turkey.
  4. Oversee quality control process, items verification and inspection visits before delivery.
  5. Ensure sound and complete archiving for procurement documents and prepare payment requests from HQ.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
  • Significant relevant experience would be considered.

Requirements:

-4 Years of proven experience in financial management, Grants management, Partnerships Management

Skills:

    • Languages: Excellent command of English, Arabic: Mother tongue.
    • IT knowledge: a good command of office (word, excel, ERP Systems).
    • Excellent reporting skills.
