Essential Requirements
- University degree from Pharmacy, Dentistry or Medical Faculty
- Minimum 3-year experience in the healthcare industry
- Advanced command of written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Passion and ability for patient insight development and translation to actionable strategies
- Good at teamwork
- No restrictions to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license
- Located in İstanbul
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Enhance Patient Centricity at AstraZeneca by understanding the patient journey and addressing relevant pain points.
- Reach patients through various channels, ensuring an end-to-end approach from awareness to wellness.
- Build partnerships with key community entities, including Patient Opinion Leaders, Media, and Advocacy Groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient voices into brand planning across disease areas.
- Stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement and cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop innovative (digital) solutions for disease self-management and improved patient outcomes.
- Foster a patient-centric culture across the organization.
- Define KPIs to measure AstraZeneca's positive impact on patients while adhering to values and policies.
- Lead in building patient-centric capabilities within the organization.
- Collaborate with medical governance to ensure proper patient engagement policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and company values.
