Akzo Nobel Boya A.Ş. is searching “People Services Specialist" who will be functioning within People Services Team in HR Department.
The incumbent will be reporting to People Services Manager.
The location of work is İzmir / Gaziemir.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, etc.
- SAP SuccessFactors (HR Module) experience is an asset
- Labor law knowledge
- Communication skills and flexibility
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Responsibilities
- Reporting on Human Services activities using People Services system.
- Supporting employees and performing transactions on SAP SuccessFactors
- Contributing in HR processes like talent acquisition, onboarding, training organization, intern program and related data management
- Supporting in preparation of data for audits and/ or reportings regarding the operational processes
- Contributing in data preparation for payroll processes
