Role Description

Personal &Leadership Development Chapter Team Member is a member of Personal & Leadership Development chapter and also works as a fully dedicated DTM (development Team Member) in one HR Area Squads. He/she is expected to have (or develop) a T-shaped capability (i.e. having a deep speciality but broad ability) to support other DTMs that are members of different HR chapters.

Expectations from Chapter Team Member:

• Serving to the HR-related needs of Business and Platform areas that are in scope of the HR Area Squad he/she is charged

• Delivering continous value by pulling work from Backlog

• Collaborating with PO to understand the scope of work while contributing to the Squad's priorities

• Self-managing and self-organizing himself/herself and his/her work

• Instilling quality by adhering to team criterias and chapter guidelines

• Holding other DTMs within the Squad accountable as professionals

• Fostering an environment where everone helps eachother to create increment

Personal and Leadership Development Chapter Team Member role supports having a strong leadership bench and competent workforce for adaptive and agile organization by creating and implementing blended learning solutions accordance with competency development framework. Guide development of competencies, soft skills and leadership skills of employees with creating learning solutions a where employees can continuously evolve to be their best. Plans and organizes learning experiences with using a blend of learning approaches, including face-to-face, digital, social collaborative and coaching, as well as the application of motivational and behavioural science. Apply adult learning and motivation theories in all learning & development contexts with the ability of focusing on customised learning experiences. Fosters continuous learning culture by designing and use innovative techniques and technologies to enhance learners engagement of learning journeys to unleash potential.

Responsibilities:

• Implements Competency & Soft Skills and Leadership Development strategies and aligns all realated operations and solutions with area goals

• Apply instructional design models with an eye on four dimensions of competency(attitudes, knowledge, skills, and behaviours) to plan, organize and evaluate competency development programs

• Supports creation and articulation of continious learning approach, helps employees develop a growth mindset

• Co-create competency, soft skills and Leadership Development tools, develop instructional materials with all related partners

• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify current and future competency and soft skill needs of responsible BA/PA,

• Executes coaching, mentoring, reverse mentoring, NLTP procesess for assigned area

• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify the participants of LEAD programs

• Plans & organizes Competency & Soft Skills and Leadership Development trainings and provide various learning tools and technologies to enhance learners engagement and ability to learn with considering the budget

• Work with career advisors in identification and competency development of potential successors

• Collaborate with Career Advisors to align competency and Leadership Development deliverables to divisional priorities and maximize individual and area development

• Guide and inform employees about effective and user friendly learning solutions that support Learning by own, Learning by doing, Learning with others, Learning via instruction

• Plan and manage class schedules, enrollments, training spaces, materials and audiovisual needs for training programs

• Make employee registrations for LEAD trainings on KoçAkademi

• Track employee course completion within the LMS and reports training records when necessary

• Purchase trainings/ courses or other learning tools and materials accordance with CAPEX SAYDA procedure.

• Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through the feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness

• Follow up best practices and industry trends related to talent and Leadership Development including: leadership trends, program content, learning theory, high-potential development, program design and delivery, techniques and Leadership Development vendors.

Experience

  • 2 years experience with automotive and IT sectors is an asset
  • Having experience in learning and development / talent management and Leadership development is a plus,
  • Experience in assessing, selecting and applying current and emerging digital and virtual technologies to meet development needs will be beneficial

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,

  • Knowledgeable in Learning and Development aproaches, methodologies especially competency and Leadership Development
  • Competency Frameworks, Talent management & development, Human Resources Development, Adult Learning, Learning Experience Design, ADDIE, LMS, LXP, LRS integration beneficial

Needed Training & Certificates

Training/certificates related to Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technologies, LMS, LXP are preferred
