For our growing company, we are looking Presales Engineer for Cyber Security Department:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with product vendor engineers;
- Interaction with product teams of vendors in order to obtain up-to-date information on products, projects, technical training, specializations and authorizations;
- Collection and analysis of data, development of specifications (quotas) based on the requirements of a partner and / or customer;
- Verification and optimization of specifications (quotas) created by partners and/or customers;
- Meetings with partners and/or customers to identify their current technical environment, key business issues/motives and future technical requirements;
- Providing technical advice to sales specialists (partner and BM/PLM/AM Elcore);
- Assistance to partners in the analysis of competitive projects, preparation of comments, cover notes;
- Preparation and holding of events aimed at promoting the Products and developing the technical competencies of the partner channel (webinars, trainings, seminars, presentations) - both for AM/BM/PLM Elcore and for partners and/or customers;
- Assistance in preparation and participation in marketing activities of the company, vendors and partners.
- Work with a demo - preparation and demonstration of key capabilities and features of solutions for the Products for partners, as well as end users (engineers, architects, designers, etc.);
- Participation in IT forums, exhibitions, seminars, product presentations;
- Assistance to partners in the installation and implementation of software, training and customer support;
- Technical assistance to partners if necessary (to be determined by CM, BM or PLM);
- Preparation of technical descriptions, instructions, articles. Information support of partners, a site in directions.
