Vestas the most sustainable company in the entire energy industry and expanding new horizons by establishing a new assembly factory in Szczecin, Poland. We are actively seeking for a Process Instructor to join our team and provide training and develop of technical personnel. Training department is the department responsible for delivering technical and safety trainings at our Assembly factory Szczecin. We play a critical role in ensuring that participants receive high-quality training, providing the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.


Responsibilities

As the Process Instructor you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations in the factory is seamless and adhere to the plan and schedules. Maintaining production and assembly activities and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality and safety Vestas standards.

  • Deliver production shop floor training within quality area
  • Identify training requirements for team based on the production requirements
  • Organize the training activities in cooperation with factory training team
  • Following the HSE standards ensuring a clean workstation and production floor
  • Has mobility availability to support any factory in Vestas worldwide and travels there when required
  • Participates in new projects for new product releases in their own factory

 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position, ideally, experience from the manufacturing/quality industry
  • Experience in conducting training related to quality area will be an advantage
  •  ISO and Six Sigma certificates would be an added value
  • Fluent in the Polish language and have good communication in English (speaking and writing) 
  • Basic level IT skills in MS Office package Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Teams

  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to travel and adapt to changing environments
  • Capable of coaching and mentoring others

Additional information

Work location Szczecin, Poland
Travel days: up to 90 days travel mostly within Denmark the first year. After one year it may be approximately 1-2 weeks per year
