Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business requirements, refine user stories, perform estimation, design technical solution and led successful implementation of the given user stories
2. Support business and functional team with Salesforce platform and solution inputs for requirement analysis/workshops
3. Support product managers and functional consultants to create sprint plan for a given product increment
4. Work closely with architect to identify and implement Salesforce best practices and industry standards
5. Support developers in refining and sizing the given user stories
6. Work with architect and developers to define solution approach and low-level design
7. Present or support to present design alternatives at design authority and get design decisions aligned/approved
8. Collaborate with other teams or squads to design and implement integration requirements
9. Collaborate to manage the dependencies
10. Address design conflicts/overlap between scrum teams, with support from architect
11. Support the development team in troubleshooting complex technical issues, steering through technical impediments and technical decision making
12. Review and ensure that the implemented solution is compliant to agreed design and standards
13. Help build reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks
14. Support deployment and go live activities
15. Coach and mentor project team
Experience:
1. In-depth knowledge of overall Salesforce ecosystem and solution components including Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud and Salesforce platform
2. Exposure on AppExchange apps like Vlocity, FinDock, DocuSign.
3. Experience in conceptualizing & designing solutions using Salesforce platform and leading scrum team/ squad successfully implementing the solutions.
4. Must have worked in at least 2 to 5 Salesforce implementation projects as Technical Lead or Lead developer providing Implementation, Enhancement, and support services.
5. Good exposure and experience with integration implementation with middleware and large volume data migration to Salesforce.
6. Hands-on experience with Salesforce lightning web components (LWC) implementation is must.
7. Expertise in designing & configuring custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, automation tools as per application requirements.
8. Good experience in developing APEX classes, Triggers, Lightning components, Visual force pages, Controllers, Workflows, Process builder, Approval Processes, SOAP & REST API Integration.
9. Extensive knowledge and understanding with Salesforce engineering strategies including but not limited to environment architecture, data management architecture, Salesforce operating model, development toolchain (CI/CD, Static analyser, Data masking, Test automation, Backup, Monitoring) and release management.
10. Experienced in working with agile methodology and being part of Scrum/Done teams.
11. Must have very good communication skills (both verbal & written); prior customer facing experience is must.
Certifications:
1. Must be Salesforce.com PD1, Sales cloud/ Service cloud, and couple of designer/architect specialization certifications (e.g. Data Architecture and Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer) and Agile Scrum.
2. Nice to have Salesforce PD-2, Experience cloud certifications.
