Job Responsibilities
- With general autonomy, responsible for supporting Product Lines with various initiatives in one of six key areas: Applications, Business Unit, Customer Service, Infrastructure, Program Management, Service Delivery.
- Business Unit, such as business alignment, customer advocacy, demand management, and project management.
- Customer Services, such as service desk, security administration, request management, desktop support, COE standards, problem management and delivery management.
- Infrastructure Services, such as computer/mainframe operations, network operations (WAN/LAN), server management (e-mail and web), firewall management, software distribution and security policy.
- Supports supplier relations where applicable.
- Program Management, such as , communication planning, process development, project management, project prioritization and monitoring.
- Coordinates diverse activities to support Product Lines.
- Align PSL/IT Strategy
- Operates as a strategic advisor to the PSL
- Responsible for creating collaborative and influential relationships with key stakeholders in PSLs and IT
- Enhance quality of decision making in PSLs and IT by proactively mitigating risks
- Communication is critical with all levels of the organization but especially with VP and their direct reports
- Manage Project / Initiatives
- Manage PSL initiatives and project
- Help business formulate ideas then translate appropriately within IT organization
- Validate and prioritize demand against business strategies
- Ensuring customers’ priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and delivered.

- Apply new or existing technologies to improve business processes
- Recognize opportunities to leverage existing technology in alignment with IT strategy

- Facilitate services between IT Delivery organizations (e.g., governance reviews) and PSL

Requirements
- Completion of a undergraduate degree in Business Management, MIS or equivalent.
- 10-12 years of experience in IT Management which includes experience in functional areas.

Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from IT Manager to Sr IT Manager.
