Job Summary

Be responsible for factory Quality Assurance related work in a factory or team.

What you will do

1. Product Quality Test: Understand all the test methods for quality test, can perform all the test well

2. Customer Claim handling: Owner of the KPI/KAI indicator customer issues related (IRP cocktail, no. of approved issues, critical issues prevention, PM claim and handlign lead time.)

3. Waste Management: Owner of Total waste KPI achievement: Driver of total waste continuous improvement

4. Base Material Management: Drive for Base Material customer issue reduction. Base Material quality management 

5. Quality system management: ISO9000/ISO14000/BRC/Iop system Implementation and driver of Factory Process Control. Includes od safety related certification application.

6. Driver big quality improvement project or leading project with multifunctional cooperation.

7. Drive Quality Process control and improvement.

8. Act as backup for QA Manager to coordinate all quality issues in the factory.

We believe you have

• At least 5-6 years in Quality or related experience.
• Familiar with ISO9001/ ISO14001/ BRC/ ISO22000/ OHSAS18001 system.
• SPC, TQM, related experience would be a plus; WCM Methods and tools applicability
• Basic knowledge of production area might be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Turkish and English is a must.
