This is a Fully Remote role.

Salary is up to £30k Basic with commison. 

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. This outbound role will primarily involve a combination of client outreach through phone calls and virtual meetings to present our recruitment portfolio of print and digital products . As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding

relationships with clients in the recruitment industry.

You will have total responsibility for circa up to 100 customers at any given time Revenue responsibility, managing accounts up to £5k annual spend and annualised £500K. In addition, acquire new customers up to the value of £200K/annum from working company supplied prospect data.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote our recruitment products and services
  • Product Presentation: Arrange virtual meetings to present our recruitment portfolio, demonstrating the benefits and features of our print and digital offerings
  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate with clients to assess their specific recruitment requirements and customise product offerings to meet their needs
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with insights and competitive advantages
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and use CRM tools to track client interactions and progress
  • Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to internal teams for product improvement and development
  • Proposals: Prepare and submit client proposals, contracts, and reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast paced sales role is essential
  • Experience in a role with a level of autonomy desirable
  • Experience of working towards revenue targets via a telesales / virtual sales operation is desirable
  • Numeracy and excellent commercial thinking, able to identify and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Demonstrable focus on helping customers achieve their goals
  • Passion for marketing and advertising
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Communication, including written, presentation skills and the ability to bring a concept to life
