HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

 

As Regional Client Activation Executive reporting to the Regional Client Activation Manager SEAO, you will be responsible for building & running regional multichannel Client Activation campaigns together with your manager, being the key contacts between SEAO markets & CRM agency in the region.

 

You will participate in delivering best-in-class Client Activation activities in SEAO region, by designing & implementing CRM outbound campaigns using in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform, aiming at enriching the overall client experience, targeting client acquisition, conversion & loyalty.

 

You will gather markets’ campaign needs and maintain our Regional CRM Campaign Calendar, ensuring all regional and local CRM campaign activations are up to date.

 

You will create monthly (and adhoc) reporting, analysis and sharing insights of our campaigns at both commercial and operational level.

 

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

 

  • Strong focus on building journeys independently for the region but also optimizing the processes working closely with central teams, markets and the CRM agency.

 

  • Define outbound CRM campaigns: From campaign brief co-creation to technical client journey building in the system, you will design and deploy the CRM communications based on markets’ yearly relational plan.
    • These communications include outbound omnichannel campaigns via different channels: emails, social messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, LINE etc.)

 

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders: Internally with SEAO CRM community, with Marketing/communication & Digital teams, but also externally with our current agencies to develop and coordinate our campaigns execution.

 

  • Outbound campaign performance reports execution and analysis: You will oversee the performance and monitoring of the activation activity: running A/B Tests to increase the performance of outbound contacts, ensuring optimal use of tools, measuring the engagement of campaigns, the impact on sales and the return on investment. To do so, you will leverage SFMC and group analytics tool and help in the usage of these solutions within the Maison and will share your recommendation for optimization.

 

  • You will also support teams by sharing best practices among SEAO CRM Community.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

 

  • You are curious about what engages with clients, you have basic knowledge of SFMC campaign management and looking for exciting position in a dynamic team and have a keen eye on detail.
  • You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience with at least a first experience in CRM with SFMC for a Premium Retailer ideally in a global position.
  • You have at least 1 SFMC certification (Min. SFMC Email Specialist).
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, Data Analytics, or any other CRM tools.
  • You have experience in Project Management including planning and assets preparation and covering multiple channels.
  • You are result oriented, assertive, possessing strong project management skills, together with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • You can work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment, independently at times, taking ownership of projects.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
