- Covering all categories including EDP, SN, Pharma, E-com & Waters.
- Covering all sales channels including traditional trade, modern trade, pharma & away from home.
- Lead of distributor P&L ownership and company total D&A.
- Category based customized G2M model design & implementation covering seasonality, frequency, sales KPIs.
- All new category integrations and field test design and roll outs.
- Setting company-cost-to serve and profit-to-serve thresholds.
- Design and implementation of multicategory segmentation based G2M plans.
- Design of distributor discount and premium models.
- Crucial support of field investment and customer development initiatives.
About you
- University degree
- Proven experience in various go to Market models in FMCG
- Proven experience in sales to cash process knowledge
- Good understanding of company and distributor financials
- Experience in new category entries
- Experience on business process modeling and reengineering in go to Market area
- Experience on leading and working with multifunctional teams
