The Sales Operation Executive – Thailand will assist in developing Cartier business activities and achieving Thailand’s objectives in term of sales and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for monitoring all deliveries of firmed order to the store and handling of order cancellation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams (Stockiest, Partners, Logistics) to manage return shipment in all networks to meet the deadline of business needs.
- Support retail team on the transfer of damaged products to regional warehouse
- Support Staff sales/purchase order and process PO/SO in a timely manner
- Prepare Sellout/Inventory reports
- Be responsible for accurate and timely order reservations and invoicing
- Assist as needed with the special supply chain's projects and implementations
- Monitor staff consignment to manage aging pieces and budget according to compliance policy
- Manage Fragrance/ POSM/ and other non-sellable stock orders across all networks
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Keen on SAP system, MS Office: Excel , Power Point and Power BI is of advantage
- Fluent in both English and Thai
- Willing to learn with "Can do" attitude good team player
- Experienced in Luxury industry and international logistics is a plus
- Detail-oriented and analytical skill
- Strong in communications and transversal coordination
