SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - Remote - UK Wide.

As a pivotal member of our SAP practice, you will not just be an SAP Consultant – you'll be a driving force behind digital transformation, application management support and client projects.

This is a full-time permanent role that will require the applicant to gain Security Clearance.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Dive deep into the core of our operations – reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and systems. Provide SAP Payroll (UK and ROI) support within the Eviden UK and Northern Europe team and the wider Eviden SAP HCM/SuccessFactors community during both learning and project engagements.
  • Transform your insights into living documents that define scope, objectives, and cutting-edge systems to fuel our big-picture business strategies. The daily tasks will include supporting HR incidents, service requests or change requests for our existing SAP payroll customers, as well as involvement in specific projects.
  • Be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions, crafting user stories and top-notch software designs that bring dreams to life. Provide updates to senior SAP technical team colleagues, Project Managers and Delivery Directors on assigned engagements where required.
  • Guide businesses towards a future filled with optimized processes and just the right touch of IT automation, making their visions a reality.
  • Discover the essence of operations by studying business functions, gathering insights, and creating output formats that hit the bullseye.
  • Map out the journey with precise workflow charts and diagrams, exploring system capabilities and outlining specifications that ensure success.
  • Keep the momentum going strong – manage and organize requirement backlogs and provide clear insights through customer interactions.
  • Infuse your expertise into existing systems, designing modifications that drive efficiency and set new benchmarks.
  • Be a vital piece of our team's puzzle, achieving outstanding results that push us closer to our goals.
  • Support pre-sales and bids for the global practice and involvement in initiatives that drive practice development.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Hands on configuration and system administration experience with SAP HCM Payroll - Knowledge of ROI payroll and UK payroll
  • SAP integration experience
  • SAP time management experience
  • Ability to support the planning/architect new project requirements.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work with customers and engage stakeholders.
  • Participated in at least 2 rounds of support packs.
  • Competent in SAP implementation methodologies such as Activate.
