We are looking for a Sr. Accounting Specialist for our Istanbul/Sultanbeyli location.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of balance sheet and income statement in accordance with the Turkish Accounting system to be presented to senior management at the end of the month.
- Preparing month-end closing transactions in accordance with IFRS standards and performing the closing in the ZF Group system.
- Timely responding to Ad-hoc request from both local and group
- Managing relations with CPA during provisional tax periods, coordinating the audit process during independent audit periods and taking an active role in ZF Group or official administration audits
- Carrying out processes with a consultant company in the development of the MS Navision ERP program
Profile:
- University degree in related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar roles preferably global companies, preferably used Navision ERP program
- At least 8 years of experience in general accounting, tax records, import-export accounting, treasury transactions
- Upper - intermediate knowledge of English (writing and speaking)
- Strong communication teamwork skills
