Responsibilities:
Incident coordination according to SLA & response to requestor, log reviewing.
Perform configuration changes to the infrastructure, presenting and coordinating internal and external technical counterparts.
Provide mentorship and assist the operational team in new solutions and non-standard implementations.
Crafting/maintaining a knowledge base of solutions for incidents and problems.
Crafting daily/weekly/monthly reports depending on the customer's needs.
Crafting and updating documentation.
Analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Resolve and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Resolve and recommend the most appropriate response to identified more sophisticated problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
Required Skills and Experience:
Resourceful in technical skills in systems integration or software engineering of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
Proficient in one of the IAM technology: CyberArk, NetIQ, Oracle, Evidian, ForgeRock, OIM, Radius, RSA, PKI, SailPoint, Shibboleth, Thycotic, BeyondTrust, Wallix, Ping Identity
Proficient with information security concepts such as authentication and Access control
Resourceful with Linux/Unix, Windows, and scripting.
Nice to have:
Java, C#, C/C++, JavaScript
Python, Bash, PowerShell
Cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
