Adres We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Specialist, who will report to Global IT Support Supervisor, to help a team with onsite and remote IT support. This work includes:
- assisting, instructing, informing and training them on IT-related matters.
- support and assist configuring IT appliances, printers, label-printers, VoIP phones, mobile phones, tablets, internet lines and other standard hardware and standard software.
- lead / follow up on projects initiated by Global IT
- act as a backup in the global callcenter
