Senior Lead Hris Solutions

We are looking for Senior Lead HRIS Solutions for our customer who is trusted lifestyle solutions provider to the digital household.

Working Model: Hybrid (2 days home,3 days office) 

Main Responsibilities

• Determining customers' needs and desires and translating business requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance,
• Researching, identifying and providing best-fit solutions to meet and exceed expectations of business units in HR Departments,
• Managing the relationship with stakeholders, vendors and providers within the integration process,
• Performing functional tests to confirm solution works properly before hand over for user acceptance test,
• Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
• Exploring and suggesting new business models by tracking new trends in digital world,
• Tracking project, vendor and team’s performance and give relevant feedback.

Main Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields, (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• Having ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and to build positive business relationships with partners,
• Proactive and results oriented approach,
• Teamwork oriented, strong interpersonal skills,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside of the box thinking ability,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
