Senior Product Manager, Arterial Interventions

with a wide regional responsibility covering Southeast Europe, Eurasian Union and Turkey.
This
role
includes involvement in building and refining the franchise strategy while helping to expand utilization of our innovative technologies. This person demonstrates a high level of business acumen and has experience with product launches and commercialization of highly technical and clinical products.Your responsibilities:- Being the main point of contact for product expertise. Developing strong capabilities (both clinical and technical ) in order to be able to support customers and internal stakeholders
- Leveraging marketing capabilities (market assessment, segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, tactic creation, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
-Identifying opportunities for regional expansion and new launches, leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Being active in the field to gain market and clinical insights while building relationships with key physicians.
- Continuously measuring the impact of marketing initiatives and driving continuous improvement
- Developing strong internal relationships and building credibility/influence with internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Supporting customer engagement activities and gather feedback on ongoing marketing initiativesRequirements:- 5+ years of healthcare (medical devices or pharmaceuticals) experience required
-BA/BS required; Master’s/MBA preferred
-Experience creating impactful marketing plans that include a value proposition, positioning, and targeting
-Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member, and ability to develop deep clinical expertise in medical device product line.
-Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
-Position requires up to 40% travel (international included)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluency in English
