Senior Sales Specialist

Hyosung Istanbul Textile is one of the companies that belong to Hyosung Group in South Korea. Hyosung Group has started the business life with the Dongyang Nylon Factory which is established in 1966. Nowadays, Hyosung is a global firm which has 23 Production Facilities, 8 Commercial Structures, and 23 Sales Offices all over the world.
Hyosung Group serves in many sectors like yarn, nylon, polyester, tire code (which is using in tire producing industry), industrial equipments that they are using in the seat belt and airbag production, engine, high voltage distribution equipments in heavy industries & polypropylene TPA, optical film production in the chemical industry. In addition, ATM machines, storage systems, LED equipment production, IT, and construction.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, have a background in Diaper production or sales, and possess strong communication and analytical skills, we want to hear from you.
REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience Quality control in Diaper production and/or involvement in Diaper sales.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly in Excel.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent team player, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Possession of a driver's license with no travel restrictions.
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and process customer orders.
• Facilitate information exchange with relevant units.
• Present offers to customers and drive successful sales.
• Conduct regular visits to established and potential customers.
• Oversee and coordinate production, shipment, and collection processes post-order placement.
• Gather market information and provide comprehensive reports.
• Address customer complaints regarding products and liaise with relevant units.
• Inform customers about new products and share relevant details.
• Develop and implement periodic sales plans.
• Submit all sales reports within the specified timelines.
