Service Channel Sales Manager

Develop and maintain a highly effective service sales channel strategy in specified market in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Plan and ensure execution of division sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for assigned channel in a profitable way: orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor proactively assigned channel performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed.

Your responsibilities

  • Defines and implements the Service Channel Sales strategy in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensures regular follow-up,
  • Contributes to the identification of appropriate channels and targets,
  • Creates detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up,
  • Contributes to sales negotiations and negotiates frame agreements,
  • Creates offers and proposals for channel,
  • Defines and implements annual performance assessment and forecast process for channel partners,
  • Implements the planned communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment, supports in evaluation/certification and training of channel partners,
  • Supports driving strategic partnerships, through developing personal relationships with key partners, customers and other decision makers,
  • Responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across channels.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, (Electrical, electronics, mechanical etc.),
  • 5 years of professional experience in sales and a minimum 3 years of channel, key account, sales experience,
  • Prior business experience in heavy industries (metals, cement, power, etc.) for service sales activities,
  • High level of experience in contract negotiation (commercial & legal), risk management,
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally,
  • Positive attitude and optimism,
  • Strong focus on integrity, health & safety,
  • Fluent in English and Turkish native speaker.
